PISSING BLOOD SUCKS!
I really don't know why I'm writing at the moment. Boredom maybe....I don't expect anyone to read this. But I suppose it does help in some small way to get shit off your mind. At the moment, it's 1:00 in the morning, Tuesday morning to be exact and I've been battling an elusive medical problem for the last week and half. So it started on a Friday, started pissing blood. No pain really, just blood. By Sunday, I was down for the count. So as anyone would naturally do, I went to the emergency room. Got a shit-ton of morphine which was awesome, helped the pain ALOT! And was told I had passed some more kidney stones and also had a kidney infection and that's where the blood was coming from. Gave me some pain meds and an antibiotic to take home. No problem right? WRONG! A few days later I'm still pissing blood and still in pain so I proceed to go back to the emergency room. This time, the dr tells me the kidney stones I have are way up in my kidneys and nowhere near moving out and also that she looked at my tests from before and saw no evidence of an infection. WTF? So she refers me to a specialist, a urologist to be exact. Next morning first thing I'm at the uro and get poked and prodded more times than any human being should have to be in order to find out what's going on. And the answer? "Your kidneys, bladder, urinary tract, they all look fantastic. Finish taking your antibiotic, here's some more pain meds and you're out of work for the rest of the week. You'll be fine by Monday. So I attempt to make it thru a whole day of work....without success. I was only there for 2 hours by the time I had to leave. Can't afford to go back to the uro and they'll just tell me what they said the other day. "It's not a urological problem" But I ask you this, if I'm pissing blood and in pain where my kidneys are, where my bladder is.....then tell me how the fuck is it NOT urologically related? I don't know but I tell you this...I can't afford to keep missing work and I also cannot afford to continue to put up with this. PISSING BLOOD SUCKS!
