So on Friday some guys I go to school with were walking behind my friends and I. I couldn't help but overhear them when they said that they needed a bass player. Then the one with the mohawk said, "I think she plays bass." When I heard him say "she" I turned around.
"What's this about a bassist?" I asked.
"We need a bassist for our band." replied a tall guy.
"Okay." I said
"How long have you been playing?" asked tall guy.
"Over a year but I have learned a lot in that amount of time." I exclaimed.
"Well show me what you've got." said tall guy.
"Okay." I said.
So I have been recording and writing down all of my tactics. So far, these guys like my stuff and said I could be a great addition. However, our drummer doesn't have any drums of any sort but he is the only guy who tall guy can find who is willing to be a drummer. Oh, and my friend Dave is going to be the keyboardist so this project could be exciting afterall. OHh, and one of the main founders of this band is named Corey by the way. Hee hee..
