I've decided to edit this instead of making a new blog, and save space on my page... So ... yeah...
The Dead Memories video was nothing like what I expected, the whole concept was like a trip. I'm pretty sure the other members were supposed to be obsticles in their heads... like day to day shit that people have to go through. Sid seemed like a nagging of some sort, like an addiction that Corey had to yank himself away from.
Joey kinda seemed like the diva state... I remember in an issue of Kerrang Corey said even he has had a diva moment; I know it sucks 'cause no artist wants to be seen as that asshole... so it's like a challenge not to fall into it.
(I can't remember the order of the rest, but...)
James and Shawn was like temptation, Mick was the mental obsticle, Paul was self relflection, which everyone should do now and then, Chris... was... just, I don't know... that room reminded me of the first saw movie, with the guy covered in flameable liquid. Craig, I don't think we'll ever get his slipknot persona, but he's really nice in person if that counts...
Anyway, over all it seemed like a 'skeletons in the closet' sort of thing... It made me laugh (Mick's room) and it made me think alot as well...
Oh and... wouldn't we all like to be Joey, James or Shawn for this video fellas? Yeah... I had to be a little sexist, sheesh, I'm still a guy....
