Metallica doesn't suck! D:
I never knew so many metal fans hated Metallica! Like, you go on a metal video on YouTube, kay? And you look at the comments and someone says they love this band and they list some other bands they like. If they list stuff like Cradle of Filth or The Black Dahlia or something (Not dissing, these bands, I like them too!) it's all chill, but someone says Metallica ooooonnneeee tiiiimmeee........
METALLICA FUCKING SOLD OUT! THEY TOTALLY SUCKED AFTER THE BLACK ALBUM, BLAH BLAH BLAH. - >:(
But Metallica inspired so many artists! And maybe they lost their edge after a while, but that happens to lots of bands. I remember the first time I heard Master Of Puppets. It was like my ears were orgasming. Maybe Lars isn't the best drummer in the world (cos joey is ;) but the whole band definitley had a good thing going in the 80's, and you can't say they suck after you listen to Battery. That's criminal.
There's a lot of other bands who get this rap, but Metallica seems to get ragged on excessively to me.
At the opposite end of the spectrum, on every video is "Justin Bieber can rot in fucking hell". That might be true, but why bother mentioning him on that kind of video? We go there to get away from that shit! One positive thing for me though is that it seems like because of all this shitty pop music, Metal Heads and Punks and Goths and the like rarely seem to ffuck with each other anymore, since we have a common enemy I guess. Feel free to share your opinion.
