Rock on the Range '09
First and foremost it was one of the best days in my life. I stood for about what felt like a million hours to wait and see them play. There was dozens of bands playing that day but none of them mattered other than Slipknot. I had been waiting forever to see them in concert but I never had the mony or I had to work but I finally my day had come. Rock on the Range was in Columbus Ohio so we drove a good hour and a half just to get there but we heard other people say that they drove a lot farther. I stood about twenty rows back from the stage next to the aisle way they put in the middle of the crowd all day and never left my spot. When Slipknot played it was so crowded because everyone was going nuts that I was smashed up against the rail the whole show but I didn't care to notice because I was to busy taking pictures of the band and watching out for my sister that went with me. The thing that surprised me most about there show was that Corey came out into crowd and stood on a stage they built for him to sing s couple songs from and when he came out he gave high fives and shook hands with fans which I got to be one of them due to being smashed up against the rail. The show was so amazing. I loved how Clown went up and down with his kit and Joey went up and around with his drum kit. It was so awesome and I hope one day I will get to see them again.
