    how much do u weigh rite now at the mo? I wont laugh at u man its all good u noe the thing that people have to lose weight? its Motivation. Do it bro u'll lose it in less than 3 months I bet but just workout everyday man I do 70-90 pushups non stop for the fun of it. Meaning I do 70-90 in less than 2 minutes without taking a break and I do weights etc. The point is I got a motivation its strong bro but I cant tell u wut it is she might read it lol she has a profile here xDDD. Dont even trip I got my six pack already and I got muscles just need more ripped. Im an all natural bro no drugs or enhancers they are bad for ur body.
